I’m passionate about helping young athletes develop both their technical skills and love for the sport in a positive, goal-oriented environment.
Foot Tech is a personalized, high-quality soccer training program designed for young athletes. Our training focuses on technical skill development, tactical understanding, and individual growth in a fun, supportive, goal-oriented environment. We format a once-a-weekly session style to help aid the player in their club responsibilities.
No player is the same. We want to get away from the "one-size-fits-all" template to help optimize the growth of our footballers.
10-minute physical, technical, and mental warmup - Our sessions are designed to be built onto each other. Building the foundation on the physical, technical, and mental side of the game is of great importance.
10-minute Agility Workout - Consists of stretching, an agility ladder, and resistant-band techniques that are designed for ultimate flexibility, reaction time, and pace
20-Minute Technical Session - Based on the personalized plan created for you, this will be a 20-minute block created specifically
20-Minute Technical Applied - Using the Techniques we previously worked on, we will work on the best places of when, where, why, and how to use them.
After the completion of the Pre-Session Assessment and our first session, we can begin to create an outline of goals we believe will challenge our player to reach. They can consist of a technical goal (i.e., 200 Juggles in a row), A goal of reaching a better team, or a statistical goal (20 goals this season). We will tailor-make our goals for the player.
